"A complete boating package - just add water," announces Pama Yacht literature describing one of the most popular new adventure cruisers in the world.

Sometimes product information is considered a hyperbole. In the case of Pama, presentation matches the hype. Pama's rugged LX540 Pilothouse Yacht is causing a stir among boat owners on the West Coast. The boat greets its new owner with everything included. The LX540 is a floating cruising package, complete with a custom wheelhouse and three attractive staterooms designed by renowned marine architect Howard Apollonio.

West Coast Pama dealers Adventure Yachts Inc., have enhanced Pama cruising packages by adding WESMAR hydraulic packages for discriminating buyers. Adventure is a primary dealer for Pama and the company is known for providing turnkey cruising comfort. "All of our Legend yachts already have WESMAR stabilizers with hydraulic packages onboard," said Adventure Yachts project manager Larry Clark who advocates stabilizers for on-the-water comfort.

"The shakedown cruise went well; we were very pleased with the WESMAR stabilizer."

Denckla traveled to China and visited Pama's custom yacht building center in Difu Bay. He came away impressed with the precision of the operation. "The stabilizers were preset in the factory.we tested in calm waters so created our own waves with figure 8 patterns and they performed flawlessly."
